Practice Policies & Patient Information

We want you to have the best possible experience of care. The NHS Friends and Family Test is a way of gathering your feedback, so we can continually review our service.

Your feedback will help us learn more about what you think of your experience – what you like and what you think we could improve. Ultimately, you’re helping us to make changes that will ensure we can offer the best possible care.

As part of NHS England’s GP Connect Programme, there is a new National Data Sharing Agreement (NDSA) for GP Connect users.

GP Connect supports joined up collaborative working by allowing clinical staff to share and view GP practice clinical information and data between IT systems.

The new GP Connect NDSA outlines the data sharing requirements and obligations for the use of GP Connect and is endorsed by key stakeholders including the Information Commissioners Office (ICO), National Data Guardian (NDG), the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP), and the British Medical Association (BMA).

Action: All GP Connect users need to complete the outlined actions from NHS England by 18th September 2023.
