Please phone between 8:00 – 9:30 am on the morning you wish to be seen and you will be placed on the list for call and attend to be seen between 9:00 – 10:30.
You are seen in order of arrival.
In order to ensure you receive the most appropriate help in a timely manner, the reception staff will ask questions about the nature of your call and why the appointment or message is needed – your co-operation would be greatly appreciated. The purpose of triage is to ensure that the patient is referred to the appropriate clinician for the appropriate level of care within an appropriate period of time – this may not always a doctor.
